Kids & Students

NextGen Ministries

We are a place where kids & students of all backgrounds and walks of life can come and experience the grace and power of Jesus. We use a strategy called Orange, combining the two primary influences that impact a kid’s life – his/her family and the church, to build authentic faith in the life of each child. We do this primarily through small groups, large group activities, and family engagement.

A diverse group of young children sit on a green carpet in a classroom, looking up with attentive expressions, with a girl in a pink dress in focus.

Our vision is for every child who enters our doors to leave knowing three core truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. The early stages of spiritual development lay the foundation for children to discover how deeply God loves them. For nursery-aged children, we offer a quiet space for parents to relax, feed, pump, or change their little ones.

We spark children’s curiosity through fun games, Bible stories, and small group discussions. Our goal is to instill three powerful truths, modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52: I need to make the wise choice, I can trust God no matter what, and I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Programming for elementary-age kids is available during our Sunday services.

Middle School Students gather on Sundays in small groups for meaningful discussions and personal reflection centered on Biblical truths and foundational values. Our goal is to help your teens grow in wisdom, build lasting relationships, and deepen their faith journey.

Please note: During the summer months (July & August), our schedule may shift to a different rhythm.

High School Students meet on Friday nights at our Elmhurst location and on Sundays at our Long Island location.

These gatherings are all about connection—building authentic relationships, diving into meaningful conversations on relevant topics, and exploring life through a Biblical lens. Each time together includes worship, fellowship, engaging in God’s Word, and plenty of fun along the way.

Students gather on Friday nights during the school year. Our gatherings are designed to be a time of fellowship, worship, building relationships, learning God’s Word, and having lots of fun.

Parenting On Purpose equips parents to intentionally shape their children’s lives during the brief but crucial years before peers become the primary influence. Each year, we offer workshops and events to help parents navigate family life with confidence—offering proven, practical solutions for raising children with purpose and clarity.
