Our Lead Pastor

Rich Villodas has served in ministry for over 20 years. He is the founder of the School of Formation and a frequent speaker with Emotionally Healthy Discipleship. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and Theology from Nyack College and a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary. He is the author of The Deeply Formed Life, Good and Beautiful and Kind, and The Narrow Path. Rich and his wife, Rosie, live in Long Island, New York, with their two children.

The Connected Community

The Connected Community is a sermon series exploring God’s biblical vision for a people who are deeply connected to Him and meaningfully connected to one another. In a world marked by loneliness, fragmentation, polarization, and increasingly superficial relationships, God invites His church into a different way of living together.

The church is called to be more than a gathering of people in the same room. We are called to become a community where people experience genuine belonging, cultivate deep friendship, practice reconciliation, and care for one another with the love of Christ. Together, we’ll discover what it means to move beyond simply attending church to truly sharing life as the family of God.
